The Center for Tobacco Policy and Organizing
The Mission of the Center for Tobacco Policy and Organizing is to help all Proposition 99 funded organizations wage effective tobacco control policy campaigns. The center provides technical assistance in the development of work plans focused on community-norm change strategies, community mobilization, and capacity building of local communities and agencies to address tobacco control activities and wage effective tobacco control policy campaigns.

The Technical Assistance Legal Center
TALC is a clearinghouse on tobacco policy issues in California, a place for "one-stop shopping" for solid legal advice. TALC attorneys provide high-quality legal technical assistance free of charge for the tobacco policy needs of advocates, health professionals, government attorneys, and elected officials in California.

TobaccoSmoke.Org is dedicated to providing the public with information on exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke. The focus is on scientific assessments of air pollution levels and exposures caused by the consumption of tobacco products. The website is managed by a group of research scientists who study human exposure to environmental pollutants with many years of experience studying exposure to secondhand smoke. The aim of the site is to provide the general public with accurate and complete scientific information on:
- The nature of secondhand tobacco smoke
- The degree of secondhand tobacco smoke exposure that can occur in different situations.
- Environmental or behavioral factors that influence exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke.

San Diego County Tobacco Control Resource Program
TCRP is a program of Chronic Disease and Health Disparities that works to increase awareness of the health risks of tobacco use and to reduce exposure to second-hand smoke. TCRP also works to counter pro-tobacco influences, reduce tobacco sales to youth under 18 and encourage tobacco users to quit.

San Diego Tobacco-Free Communities Coalition
The Mission of the San Diego Tobacco-Free Communities Coalition is to advocate for tobacco-free lifestyles and environments.
